How to order - All orders can by placed right here on my website, if you have any question about your order any of the items before ordering you can contact me via email at hello@zeeandme.com.au or through the contact tab.

So if you have any questions please don not hesitate to contact me, I am always happy to help on any product.

Delivery/Shipping – I ship all my parcels from Melbourne Australia, I post all parcels via Australia Post. Deliveries usually take 3-5 business days to most capital cities.

I offer regular post and express post, please specify which option you would like to take when checking out.

Please note: that if express post is selected on a made to order product your parcel will not be posted out the next day for delivery and will not arrive the next day  - your parcel will arrive via express post once it has been made and then shipped/posted.

Can you send an order to another address - Sure can! Just make sure you change you shipping address to your billing address.

Exchange and Returns - I really hope you love your order, I understand if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged please shoot me an email and I will be happy to sort something out for you. 

I would love for you to be super happy with your purchase, however you have 15 days to return your ready made purchase. 

Wooden Letters -

With all made to order goods, the wooden letters I can not offer returns, If the wooden letters arrived damaged I can replace the letter that is not of use. I am also happy to help out if you are not completely satisfied with a certain letter or embellishment. 

The purchased item must be in it’s original condition unused and unworn with all tags attached. 

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges.

All shipping costs will be calculated during the process of the return.

I will process your refund/credit as soon as I have received your item(s), safe and sound.

In the event of a return, the postage cost will be deducted from the total cost paid of the item purchased this includes all change of mind orders and made to order items.

No Invoice in your parcel - I don't put an invoice in the parcel, I only chose not to as you will receive one via email when you place your order. So if your item is a gift rest assure there will be not price on the item.

Price and Changes: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) price updates and price changes will occur as when prices change from any of my suppliers.

Gift Wrap - All parcels are wrapped beautifully with a bow, so no matter who gets the parcel it's wrap perfect like a gift.

Store - zee&me is an online store, I don't have a pick up option at this stage.

Payment Method - I accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. I cannot start any made to order item until payment has been made.

Privacy – We will do everything to maintain your trust. Any information that is given to us by you will be protected. We will treat all information provided as confidential.

The information we will collect is the following –

Your name and contact details

Some personal details – such as email and date of birth

We collect this information to help us in providing you with appropriate consumer information – such as products and special offers that may be of interest to you.

zee&me does not share information with third parties, such as email address or postal address. Any personal information collected by us will only be used within our company.

Any information that is not required or not longer needed will be destroyed by zee&me so it can not longer be used.

Wooden Letters:

All wooden letters are made to order – Please allow four to five some cases six weeks for production.

As the wooden letters are specially made for each person, they cannot be returned. In some cases we can exchange single letters for a different fabric pattern or embellishment. Please send us and email if you have any further enquiries regarding our wooden letters.

Prices are subject to change without notice, prices change as price rises come into effect from all outlets.

Afterpay: 

Choosing Afterpay at checkout is an easy instalment plan.

All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you're ready to buy.

Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Once Afterpay has been selected and approved by Afterpay, you must be aware of Afterpay's terms and conditions.

FOR FULL AFTERPAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU CAN HEAD OVER TO THEIR WEBSITE.  

If Afterpay has been selected as your payment option for WOODEN LETTERS your order will still be processed as the wooden letter conditions - a first payment will be deducted from Afterpay, and zee&me will have your order under production, the three week wait still applies. All payments will be deducted as per Afterpay agreement.
